Rose Buffa, nee Suozzi, 84, of Port Charlotte, formerly of Glen Cove, NY passed away on October 28, 2008. She is survived by her husband of 64 years, Gasper of Port Charlotte. She is also survived by 5 children; Carol Silas Williams of Miller Place, NY, Linda Thomas Emmi of Port Charlotte, Angela Vincent Tortorici of Glen Cove, NY, Gaspe Teresa Buffa Jr. of Rochester Hills, MI and Dominick Liz Buffa of Brooklyn, NY. He is also survived by 7 Grandchildren and 1 Great Grandson. Services to be held at a later date in New York. The Family has asked for donations to be directed toward the TideWell Hospice and Palliative Care, 5955 Rand Blvd, Sarasota, FL 34238.
