Pearl Agnes Oglietti, nee Grady, 88, passed away Sunday, May 2, 2010 at Tidewell Hospice Home, Port Charlotte, FL. Pearl was the wife of the late Andrew Oglietti. Born December 22, 1921 in Chicago, IL to the late Mabelle and James Grady, loving sister of the late Maude Ruther, Mabelle Oskilanec, Shirley Kovacs, Roberta Carlson and James Grady; fond sister-in-law of Mary Oglietti of Naples, FL. She is survived by her seven children, John Diane, Jackson, WY Bernard Patrice, Ennis, MT Andrea Schultz William, Orland Park, IL Roberta Barcalow Steven, Garden Grove, CA James Patricia, Seaside, CA Teresa Sikorski Robert, Arcadia, FL Laura Kiersnowski James, San Diego, CA; Nine grandchildren, Ethan, Jimmy, Jeana, Katherine, Andy, Emily, Adriane, Diana, Julia and one great-grandson, Andrew; a favorite aunt of many nieces and nephews and special friend of Juanita and Bob Mosemiller also of Port Charlotte. Andy and Pearl were former members of Port Charlotte Country Club. Pearl was past president of the "Nine-Holers" achieving a hole-in-one in 1991. She was a proud bookkeeper at R.H. Gore and worked in the downtown Loop area for many years and used those skills throughout her life. Her passions were her Faith and her children. Pearl was a fun-loving, gentle, kindhearted woman sharing a smile with everyone she met. She will be missed by all who knew her. Visitation: Tuesday, May 4 from 2:00-8:00pm- at Kays-Ponger & Uselton Funeral Home, 2405 Harbor Blvd., Port Charlotte, FL 33952 Mass of the Resurrection celebrated at 1:30pm, Wednesday, May 5th at St. Charles Borromeo, 21505 Augusta Avenue, Port Charlotte, FL.
