Ruby E. Wallace, age 95 of Monroe, passed away on Friday, March 3, 2017, at Skiff Medical Center in Newton. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, March 8, 2017, at 10:30 a.m. at the Monroe United Methodist Church, with burial following at Silent City Cemetery. The family will greet friends following the burial at the church with a luncheon. The daughter of Floyd and Maude (Kain) Schrader, Ruby was born on April 30, 1921, in Monroe. She graduated from Newton High School in 1939. On December 20, 1941, she was united in marriage to Arthur Wallace in Lancaster, Missouri. Ruby enjoyed putting puzzle's together, quilting, and reading. Her greatest enjoyment came from being at family functions.
