; especially her chocolate angel food cake from scratch with a whip cream/Hershey's Chocolate with almonds frosting. She was the most loving, caring, and compassionate person anyone could meet; never having an enemy. She was a member of the United Congregational Church and the Bakery Babes. For the past 15 years, she could be found at the Windsor Theatre most Thursday nights. She is survived by a daughter, Valerie (Layne) Borseth, and a son, Kevin (Laura) Quintus, grandchildren, Glen (Kaci) Harper, Jeremy (Laura) Young, Rollie Harper, Jessica Quintus, and Katie (Seth Berding) Quintus, great-grandchildren, Samantha Harper, Madisyn Harper, and Lyla Young. She also has 4 sister-in-laws, Lynn Quintus, Verneil Quintus, Ruth Quintus, and Virginia (Harlan) Haberkamp, Ruby Wineman, many nieces and nephews and a whole host of friends. She was preceded in death by her husband, Dean Quintus 11/23/2005, a daughter Cynthia Jean 1/13/1953, a granddaughter Cynthia Jean 10/31/1983, her sister and brother-in-law Gelaine (Herbert) Irving, and sister/brother-in-laws Dorothy (Dean) Jeter, Merle Winters, Don Quintus, Margaret (Leonard/Doc) Allen, Jerry Quintus, Jim Quintus, and Maybelle Quintus.
