Susan Posha

Susan K. Posha 68 of Indianapolis, died Friday April 21 after a brief illness. She leaves behind her brother Dan R. (Rick) Posha, sister in-law Jodie (Racine) Posha, nephews Dan Posha Jr., Ben Posha, her lifelong friend Rita Tyree and many close friends. She was preceded in death by her father Octavian Posha and mother June K. Posha. Born in Indianapolis, raised in Carmel Indiana and graduated from Carmel High School in 1967. After graduation Susan was immediately employed in the insurance industry until her death. She was employed at Arlington Roe & Company since 2002 as a Vice President. She held an insurance CIC designation along with CPCU 1-2-3-4-5 and INS 21, 22, 23. She was a member of Indianapolis Association of Insurance Women, Indiana Insurance Managers Association, PIA Education committee (1999-2002), and the Professional Liability Underwriting Society. Susan selflessly cared for her mother June for many years during her mother's failing health. She not only took pride in her professionalism at work but truly relished and stayed in contact with many of the lifelong friends she made during her time in the insurance business.
