Ms. Imogene Ruth Caulfield, 79, of Burlington died at 1:07 p.m. Tuesday, May 23, 2017, at her home with her loving family at her side.
Born October 14, 1937 in Richmond, Virginia, she was the daughter of Dexter and Mildred (Graham) McKay.
Ms. Caulfield retired on June 1, 2001 from Exide after 15 years of service. Ms. Caulfield was an independent woman and very hard worker. She loved gardening and flowers, music, having a good time and spending time with her children and grandchildren.
Survivors include four daughters, Judy Turner of Chicago, Koren Caulfield-Smith of Burlington, Deeanna Ball of Arizona and Susan (Pete) Bedford-Mazzarella of Arizona; three sons, William (Linda) Bedford of California, Brian (Charelle) Bedford of Hawaii and David (Teresa DiPadova-Bedford) Bedford of California; many grandchildren and great grandchildren; one brother, Dexter McKay of Oregon; two sisters, Nancy McKay of Oregon and Jackie Sherrill of Oregon; and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, one sister Pat Henderson, and one great grandson Riley Caulfield at birth.
