past President. In 1990 he was honored as a Fellow of the American College of Radiology. Dr. Elliott had been a member of the medical staff of St. Vincent Hospital in Indianapolis, and was former Chairman of the Department of Medical Imaging. He served on the board of directors of the St. Vincent Foundation. He held the position of Managing Director and Treasurer of Northwest Radiology Network for over 20 years. Having a life-long interest in dramatics, he was a member and Past President of The Players Club, and was also a member of the Lambs Club for which he wrote, directed, and performed in many productions. He was an avid Genealogist and researched and published extensive genealogy records of his and his wife's families. Hobbies included piano, tennis, golf, snow skiing, bridge and photography. He greatly enjoyed traveling both in the United States and internationally, always eager to experience and learn about other cultures. At I.U. he was a member of Phi Delta Theta fraternity. He was also a member of the City Club of Indianapolis, Scientech Club, Meridian Hills Country Club, Bonita Bay Club of Florida and St. Luke's Methodist Church. His greatest pleasure in life was his family, being with them, nurturing them and supporting them with all his heart. He is survived by his wife of 56 years, Nancy Fowler Elliott; four children, Dr. Eric D. Elliott (Susan), Kristyn Elliott Dietrich (Paul), Alison Elliott-Yarden (Nir), Jonathan S. Elliott (Karen); sister, Dr. Sharon Elliott Gagnon; and ten grandchildren, Alex and Nicholas Elliott; Madeleine, Benjamin, Joshua, and Sophia Dietrich; Jeremy and Graham Yarden; Eve and Jamie Elliott. A Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, June 3, 2017 at 11:00 AM at Crown Hill Funeral Home, 700 West 38th Street, Indianapolis, IN, with burial to follow at Crown Hill Cemetery.
