Thomas J. Bautch

Fitchburg - Thomas J. Bautch, age 62, passed away on Tuesday, May 30, 2017, at Meriter Hospital in Madison. He was born on June 1, 1954, in Sun Prairie, the son Roy and Irene (Gamroth) Bautch. On December 23, 2003, he married Jane Sullivan in Cross Plains, Wisconsin. Tom was a proud member of the Cross Plains Police Department of 30 years. He was one of the early members of the Cross Plains EMS. Tom also served for 6 years on the Village Board.

Tom is survived by his wife, Jane Bautch; five children, Laurie (Lewis) Turner, Sean (Carol Poppe) Sullivan, Kerry (Ryan Rastedt) Sullivan, William Sullivan and Patric (Kazli) Sullivan; and four grandsons, Matthew Turner, Nate, Austin, and Jason Sullivan.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

A celebration of life party will be held at MAIN STREET LANES, 1721 Main Street, Cross Plains, on Saturday, July 1, 2017, from 1:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Please stop by and share your memories.
