Angeline Pearl Dannen, 74, of Sheffield, formerly of Latimer and Parkersburg, passed away Tuesday, June 6, 2017, at Muse Norris Hospice Inpatient Unit in Mason City, Iowa.
Angie was born on March 22, 1943, in Mason City, Iowa, to Bastian and Geraldine (Orr) Munnik. She attended and graduated from Sheffield School. Angie worked many years as a draftsman at WHKS in Mason City and Sukup Manufacturing in Sheffield. She was united in marriage to Jerry Dannen on June 21, 1968, at The Little Brown Church in Nashua, Iowa. After her husband's death in 2005, Angie moved to Parkersburg until she lost everything in the tornado in 2008. She then moved to Sheffield. Angie enjoyed sewing, knitting, crocheting and quilting but baking was her specialty. She loved attending her grandchildren's activities.
Angie is survived by her daughter Sandra Kolthoff of Osage, and her children Kayla and Sara, and great granddaughter Kaydence, son Robert (Sheryl) Dannen of Sheffield, and their children Ryan and Megan, sisters Shirley (Skip) Reynolds and Margaret Thompson, both of Mason City.
