Alice C. Kempf February 25, 1915 - December 30, 2005 Wellman, Iowa Visitation: 3-5 p.m. January 01, 2006 at Powell Funeral Home, Wellman Interment: January 02, 2006 at Wellman Cemetery Alice C. Kempf was born Thursday, February 25, 1915 in Wellman, Iowa the daughter of Ralph and Kate (Colby) Fuller. On July 29, 1933 she was united in marriage to Walter J. Kempf, he died on March 24, 1961. She lived in the Wellman community all of her life where she held various jobs. She was a member of the First Baptist Church. Alice died on Friday, December 30, 2005 at Mercy Hospital in Iowa City following a brief illness at the age of 90 years. Alice is survived by a son - Kenneth D. (Sue) Kempf of Wellman; a daughter - Aileen (Bob) Blades of Des Moines; 2 daughters-in-law Linda Kempf of Wellman; Janice Martin of Swisher; a sister-in-law Ruth Fuller of Des Moines; 14 grandchildren - Kenneth B.
