Survivors include three sons: Eric Schwenke and wife Melody of Sigourney, Alex Schwenke and wife Pam of Sigourney and Aaron Schwenke of Cedar Rapids; six grandchildren: Bryan, Ryne, Kory, Megan, Colton and Maddie Kaye; one brother: Clarence Dwight Lasley of Molalla, Oregon and one sister: Darlene Gardner and husband Avon of Hedrick. She was preceded in death by her parents and husband: Ray in 2005. Memorial service will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, January 11, 2010, at the Sigourney United Methodist Church, with Rev. John Hembry officiating. Burial will be at Pleasant Grove Cemetery in Sigourney. Visitation will be from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. on Sunday, January 10, 2010, at the church. A memorial fund has been established for the Sigourney Public Library, Hospice of Keokuk County or the Sigourney United Methodist Church.
