He graduated from Williamsburg High School in 2005 and Kirkwood Community College in 2007 with a degree in Automotive Restoration. Parker had a variety of jobs the most recent was working for IAC in Iowa City. Parker enjoyed restoring classic cars, deer hunting and the outdoors. Parker died Friday, September 23, 2011 at his home at the age of 24 years. He is survived by his parents: Brad and Monica of rural North English; his sister: Chelsea of Hattiesburg, MS; grandparents: Richard and Beverly Miller of North English and Newell and Arlene Arp of Williamsburg; uncles and aunts: Phil and Holly Osweiler, Terry and Bev Arp and Tom and Julie Spratt all of Williamsburg, Joe and Tammy Rohret of Parnell and Jeff and Brenda Taylor of Springville and 20 cousins.
