Justin M. Velez, 24, of Pembroke Pines passed away June 9, 2017. He was born November 8, 1992, in Pembroke Pines, the son of Rolando and Yanira (Quintero) Velez. Justin was a graduate of Charles Flanagan High School and worked for S2N Communications. Justin is survived by his parents, Rolando and Yanira "Janita"; grandmothers, Norma Serrano and Maria Mendez; aunts and uncles, Hector Quintero, Jr. (Lissy); Richard Quintero; Patricia Quintero (Rosalie Piedra); Jorge Velez (Nancy) and Eddie Rey (Stacey); extended family and many friends.
