Frank prided himself in teaching his grandchildren all he knew about his hobbies. He loved Frank Sinatra's music, and his two favorite songs were "My Way" and "That's Life," which depicted his life as he lived it. Frank is preceded in death by his parents; twin brother, Philip; older brother, Bart; and his loving granddaughter Gabriella Marie Gutierrez. He is survived by his loving wife of 53 years, Dorothy (Dottie) Mancini; daughters Tracy Mancini, EdD (Norris Cotton), Durham, NC, and Tina Gutierrez, DPT (Giraldo), Pembroke Pines, FL; three fantastic grandchildren, Noah Constantine, Sophia Gutierrez, and Ethan Gutierrez. He is also survived by his sister, Elizabeth Brown (Edward), numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, and sisters-in-law, Joyce Angellella (Louis) of Millsboro, DE; Lorraine Brut, Elkins Park, PA; and Elizabeth Mancini, Novi, MI. A Celebration of Frank's life will be held at Horizon Funeral & Cremation Services, 4650 N. Federal Highway, Lighthouse Point, FL 33064, on Saturday June 24, 2017 from 3:00 to 6:00 p.m. where remembrances and tributes will be shared at 5:00 p.m. As per Frank's wishes, he will be cremated and his remains will be scattered at sea at a later date.
