Sheila K. Alberhasky

Sheila K. Alberhasky, 74, of Iowa City, passed away at The Bird House, Hospice Home of Johnson County on Sunday, June 18, 2017. Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Friday, June 23 at Lensing Funeral & Cremation Service in Iowa City with burial at Memory Gardens in Iowa City. Visitation will be from 4:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. on Thursday, June 22, also at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be directed to the American Cancer Society, the Kidney Foundation or The Bird House. Sheila is survived by her loving husband Bill, her three children, Doug (Sabrina) Alberhasky of Iowa City; Mike (Anne) Alberhasky of Iowa City and Debra (Jim) Van de Ven of Long Lake, MN; and her four grandchildren, JD, Jessica, Olivia and Ben. She was preceded in death by her parents and her brother, Richard Stramp.
