Camilla Mae Clark, 79, of Baxter and formerly of Maquoketa, passed away peacefully on Monday, July 9, 2012 at her home. Per her wishes she was cremated. A celebration of her life will be held on July 21, 2012 at 1 p.m. in the Sutton Cemetery, Farmer's Creek Township, rural Maquoketa, Iowa. Burial will immediately follow the graveside services in Sutton Cemetery.
Camilla was born to William and Sarah (Potter) Moore in Maquoketa on July 6, 1933. She attended school in Maquoketa. At the young age of 17 she married the love of her life James Clark in 1950 in Maquoketa. This union was blessed with 6 children. Camilla was a homemaker who loved spending time with her family. She also greatly enjoyed finding precious knick knacks at garage sales.
Those who are left to cherish her loving memories include her children: Rick (Denise) Clark of Indianola, Jim Clark of Baxter, Jerry (Becky) Clark of Maquoketa, Ted (Kathy) Clark of Baxter, Carla Clark of Newton, and Adam (Tina) Clark of Baxter; 20 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great-grandchild, and many friends.
