the Garner community at Concord Care Center and delivering Meals on Wheels for thirty-two years. She enjoyed spending time with her family, walleye fishing at Lake Kabetogama, MN, visiting with people, singing in the church choir and going to church. She was a member of St. Boniface Catholic Church where she sang in the choir. Arlene is survived by her husband, George, of Garner; six children, Tom (Pat) Schmidt of Garner, Jeff (Diane) Schmidt of Garner, Russell (Tammy) Schmidt of Garner, Kathy (Ray) Tlach of Britt, Lisa (Clay) Cummings of Tucson, AZ and Sandy (Greg) Rayhons of Garner; fifteen grandchildren, Eddie, Dusty and Joe Schmidt, Katie (Ethan) Winter, Justin (Nathalie) Schmidt, Amber (Chad) Vittorio, Adam (Sherri) Schmidt, Sarah (Lee) Dodge, Brandon (Katie) Schmidt, Melissa (Michael) Ropella, Brenda (Ryan) Carver, Brian (Vicki) Tlach, Alesha Rayhons (fiancé, Terrell Lentz), Brianna (Ben) Marso and Trevor Rayhons; twelve great grandchildren, Carson Vittorio, Mitchell and Madison Bower, Peyton Schmidt, Aaliyah and Parker Dodge, Brantley and Wyatt Schmidt, Payton and Maya Carver, Anastasia Tlach and Oliver Marso; five sibings, Vivian Pletcher of Britt, Kenny (Cy) Riekena of Sun City, AZ, Lorraine (Shelly) Bohn of Mason City, Janice Marshall of Austin, MN and Marilyn (Tommy) Haley of Ham Lake, MN; a sister-in-law, Carole Riekena of Racine, WI; and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; an infant brother and sister, LeRoy and Donna; and a brother, Vernon.
