Mary L. DeCicco died on Friday July 7, 2017, in Venice, FL after a courageous battle with ovarian cancer.

Born March 17, 1951, she was the daughter of Joseph H. Prosser and Mary Malia Prosser. A graduate of Kingston High School, she was a long time resident of Kingston and Saugerties until relocating to Florida in 2014 after retiring from the City of Kingston Housing Authority. While in NY, she volunteered for six years with the Ulster County Crime Victims Assistance Program. Upon moving to Venice, she was a member of the non-academic Beta Psi Sisterhood in her community of Venice Isle.

Survivors include her husband of 47 years, Thomas F. DeCicco; son, Thomas J. (Dawn) DeCicco; daughter, Janelle DeCicco-Bass; grandsons, Spencer Sutton Jr. and Griffin DeCicco; granddaughters, Jordan, Genevieve, and Jayden Bass, and Ava Marie DeCicco; sisters, Elizabeth Prosser of NY, Patrici...[more]

She was predeceased by a brother, Ronald Prosser, and brother-in-law, Michael DeCicco.
