For her 57 years in Indianapolis, Betty was a dedicated member of St. Luke's United Methodist Church. Betty is survived by her loving husband of 68 years, their four children and spouses, Carolyn Copenhaver (Dave), Gary Schiffli (Beth), Cheryl Karlos (Miltiades), and Gregory Schiffli (Kristen), eight grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren. Predeceasing Betty were her parents and her brother, Bob Ice, of Carmel. The family extends its deep gratitude to the medical and support staff of The Barrington of Carmel and Kindred Hospice for their compassionate care and assistance. Visitation will be held at Leppert Mortuary (Nora), 740 E. 86th St., Indianapolis, on Friday, July 28, from 6:30 to 8:00 p.m. Funeral services will follow on Saturday, July 29, 11:00 a.m., in the Leppert Mortuary Chapel (Nora).
