(& Jessica) Jackson of San Diego, California; three daughters: Ronda (& Raymond) Brothers, Sandra (& Kelly) Graham and Marcy Bautista all of Oskaloosa; 24 grandchildren; 51 great grandchildren; a sister: Pearl Bruner of Leon, Iowa; four brothers-in-law: Walt (& Helen) Jackson of Truax, Steve (& Susan) Jackson of West Branch, Ronnie Stroud of Allerton and Larry (& Sharon) Bishop of Knoxville, Tennessee; a sister-in-law: Sandy Jackson of Corydon; several cousins; and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; a granddaughter: Barbara Sams; two brothers: Freeman and Raymond Houk; two sisters: Merle Draper and Joy Houk; three sisters-in-law: Min Houk, Mary Stroud and Ellen Benjamin; and three brothers-in-law: Keith Draper, Bill Bruner and Lyle Bishop.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday, August 9, 2017, at 1:30 P.M. in the Bates Funeral Chapel in Oskaloosa with Razzy Ragusi officiating. Burial will be in the Evergreen Cemetery near Leighton. Visitation will begin Tuesday, August 8, 2017, after 1 P.M. in the Bates Funeral Chapel and the family will be present at the funeral chapel Tuesday from 5 - 7 P.M. to greet friends and relatives. Memorials may be made to the MHP Hospice Serenity House or to her family.
