. She encouraged her children to be the best they could be at whatever they desired to do and supported them in each endeavor. Margery was very active in her children's lives and in her community. She was involved with the Brownies and Girl Scouts, was a Cub Scout den leader, presided over the Women's Auxiliary of Tenafly Little League baseball, and played an active role in the booster clubs of the high school soccer and track teams. She never missed a game or performance her children participated in and was always in the stands cheering for the hometown Tigers. In retirement, one of Margery's great loves was to travel with her husband, children, and grandchildren to places throughout many parts of the world. She enjoyed the beach, cooking, and remained very active by participating in many different games and activities with neighbors and friends. Preceded in death by her parents and her husband Charles, Mrs. Schnaars is survived by her sister Francine Grant, her daughter Terri Anne and husband Richard Caraluzzo along with their daughter Amanda, her sons Charles, Thomas, Martin, and Timothy and wife Susan along with their sons Tyler and Tucker. Mrs. Schnaars will be buried in a private ceremony, and in lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Arthritis Foundation.
