Mrs. Judith A. Pepmeyer, 73, of Burlington died at 3:30 p.m. Friday, August 18, 2017, at Burlington Care Center.
Born November 5, 1943 in Burlington, she was the daughter of John F. and Edith Pauline (McClurg) McNeeley. On October 5, 1969 she married Donald Pepmeyer at Danville. He preceded her in death on February 17, 2009.
Mrs. Pepmeyer graduate from New London High School. She delivered both the Des Moines Register and the Hawk Eye newspapers, retiring in 2000.
Mrs. Pepmeyer was a member of First Assembly of God and was a Girl Scout leader. She enjoyed reading.
Survivors include a son, Randy Pepmeyer of Burlington; one brother, Dale (Lanora) McNeeley of Cedar Rapids and one sister, Phyllis Totemeier of Mt. Pleasant.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, daughter Karla Pepmeyer and one brother in infancy.
There will be no formal funeral services for Mrs. Pepmeyer. According to her wishes, cremation has been accorded and entrusted to Lunning Chapel.
