Prax Sisneros (Tenorio), of Lakewood passed away August 1, 2017. She was born in Mora, NM on December 26, 1941 to Juan Tenorio and Aurora Quintana. She was married to Jose Sisneros for 52 years.
Prax was a long time resident of Brighton, where she attended school and graduated from Brighton High School in 1959. She worked as a Senior Underwriter for thirty-two years for Guaranty National Insurance. She enjoyed telling stories of her childhood, a good garage sale, and spending time with her grandchildren and family. Prax will always be remembered for her welcoming and outgoing spirit and her contagious laugh.
She is survived by her husband Jose Sisneros, two children Julius (Terrie) Sisneros of Denver and Leonard (MariVi) Sisneros of Denver; seven grandchildren; six siblings Manuel (Virginia) Tenorio of Brighton, Bob (Priscilla) Tenorio of Brighton, Dorothy Garcia of Brighton, Jenny (Manuel) Baca of Greeley, Fred (Naomi) Tenorio of Brighton, and Carmen (Steve) Lopez of Lakewood and many nieces and nephews.
