Irma was involved in her childrens activities, and volunteered her time to help out their 4-H and FFA groups. She looked forward to making pies for the Cass County Fair, and visiting the Iowa State Fair with family and friends. She looked forward to monthly gatherings of the Maple Dales Neighborhood Club. She was also a member of the Buck Creek United Methodist Church Women, Heritage House Guild, and Atlantic Specialty Care Auxiliary.
Irma will be deeply missed by her children, Robert (Mary) Frisbie of Atchison, KS, Diane (Russell) Hansen of Lewis, IA, Terry (Marjorie) Frisbie of Walnut, and Steven Frisbie of Atlantic; grandchildren, Suzanne (Rick) Holmes, Jody King, Alex Hansen, Stephanie Hansen, Emily (William) Mathis, Rebecca (Benjamin) Caldwell, Victoria (Ryan) Means and Luke Frisbie; 8 great-grandchildren, 2 great-great-grandchildren; sister, Marilyn (Kenneth) Gard of Atlantic, IA; brothers, Tom (Sue) Wood and John Wood all of Texas; sister-in-law, Carol Wood of Texas; and numerous nieces and nephews.
