ng him to hunt and fish while instilling in him a passion for the outdoors. His legacy remains strong today and has become a lifetime profession and pursuit for his grandson and future generations as that same passion is passed to his great granddaughter. He will be greatly missed and lovingly remembered forever, but particularly whenever there is a line to be wet or a hunt to make. His wife of 61 years, Concetta Cismar, predeceased him in 2015. He missed her dearly and never fully adjusted to his time without her. He is survived by his daughter, Deborah (Allen); his grandson, Brian (Kate); his great-granddaughter, Sadie; his brother Richard; and sister Cookie (Al). Memorial Services will be held at 11:00 am, Friday, September 29, 2017 at the Kays-Ponger & Uselton Funeral Home, 2405 Harbor Blvd, Port Charlotte, FL 33952. Inurnment with full military honors will be at Arlington National Cemetery at a later date for both Frank and Concetta. Donations may be contributed to Saint Jude Children's Hospital.
