He was also competitive by nature whether it was playing euchre with family and friends or playing golf in which he enjoyed weekly up until this past year, (special thanks to Dave Paisley) Frank will be sadly missed by his family and friends but will be fondly remembered as a person who lived his life to the fullest. He is survived by his sons Daniel (Kerry) Reavis of Dubuque, IA, Jason Reavis of Dubuque, Ryan Reavis of Delta, CO; sister Eleanor Krieg of Elkader, IA and her family; grandchildren Zachary, Logan and Rachel Reavis of Dubuque; longtime companion Darlene Hogan of Dubuque, IA; and Aunt Corinne Schoien of Elkader, IA. Frank is preceded in death by his parents Ernestine and Floyd "Shorty" Reavis; brother-in-law Neal Krieg; Aunt Arlene Schoien. The family would like to thank Hospice of Dubuque and the staff of Sunshine Home Care for their care and kindness; also to Bob Tharp who graciously cared for Frank; and a special acknowledgement to Dan Wolff who was like a son to Frank.
