Louie Sandoval age 71, passed away Wednesday September 27, 2017, surrounded by his beloved wife, children, grandchildren and siblings.
He was a graduate of Colorado University and was an activist in the Chicano movement. Louie used his degree to give back to the community as a valued teacher for over 30 years.
Louie was a AA superior pool player, an avid angler and loved gambling with his daughter Esperanza. Anyone who knew Louie knew of his love for the Broncos. He loved camping with his family, BBQing, jamming out to Latin jazz and Santana. He loved holding his wife close while they stole the dance floor.
He passed on his passions, sense of humor and selflessness to his children. He will be missed by many.
He was preceded in death by his parents Adelaido and Elvira (Marquez), sister Ramona "Mona" Sandoval and grandson Adam Sandoval.

"Ray Ray" (Reina), Esther zavala, Arthur, Naomi and Sebastian "Buddy". Additionally, Louie is survived by his siblings; Lilly (Ray) Giron, Stef Medina, Arthur Sandoval, Ernie Sandoval and Julio Sandoval.
Funeral Services are scheduled for 11:00am, Tuesday, October 3rd, at St. Augustine Catholic Church.
