Kenneth R. Stoner

Kenneth Richard Stoner, 68, of Cedar Falls, IA, died at his home Sunday, October 1, 2017 of cancer.   He was born August 18, 1949 in Cedar Rapids, IA, son of Daryl and Crystal Reece Stoner. He graduated from Waterloo West High School in 1967.   Ken married Ann L. Porter on November 7, 1987. He served in the Iowa Army National Guard for 7 years.   He was a national account sales representative at Martin Brothers Distribution Company for 40 years retiring in January 2015.   Ken was a member of Nazareth Evangelical Lutheran Church in Cedar Falls.   He is survived by his wife, Ann; sons, Tim (Dawn) Stoner and Jakob Stoner, all of Cedar Falls; grandsons, Alex and Kyle; a sister, Kathleen Ann (Steve) Schoepske of Waverly, IA; a brother, Alan E. (Beth) Stoner of Ann Arbor, MI; and three aunts: Yvonne Warren of Orange County, CA, Marlys Badger of Cedar Falls, and Nora Reece of Cedar Rapids.   Ken is preceded in death by his parents.
