Steven Logemann

Steven Donald Logemann was born September 18, 1960 at Blue Earth, Minnesota to Wallace and Doretta (Landheer) Logemann. Steve graduated from North Kossuth High School in 1979 then attended college in Emmetsburg from 1981 - 1983. He was married to Gail Schmeling on July 16, 1988 in Curlew, Iowa. Steve lived and farmed the same farm where he lived as a boy. Steve was a loving husband and father. He loved his Lord and family. Steve enjoyed deer hunting, family vacations, computers, photography, and watching his children in their school activities. Steve was a member of the First Baptist Church in Bancroft where he was a Sunday school teacher, a deacon, a trustee, usher and assistant Sunday school superintendent. He was on the Board of Directors at the Raccoon River Bible Camp. Steve died while farming on Monday evening, October 17, 2005 at the age of 45. Survivors include his wife Gail of Ledyard, four children at home, Rachel, Michael, Janelle and Philip, his parents, Wallace and Doretta Logemann and sisters, Robyn and husband Dave Gonnerman of West Des Moines, Iowa and Doreen and husband Tom Nichols of Klemme, Iowa.
