Teresa Ann Clark, age 53 of Lynchburg, Tennessee died on Thursday, August 18, 2011, at Harton Regional Medical Center in Tullahoma. She was born Monday, November 11, 1957 in Winchester; the daughter of Billy Frame and Bettye (Painter) Frame of Winchester, TN. She was the wife of David Clark, Sr. of Lynchburg, TN. She was a medical transcriptionist for Med Quest. In addition to her husband and her parents, Mrs. Clark is survived by her son, David (Jessicanne) Clark, Jr. of Lynchburg, TN, sister, Donna (Tim) Brewer of Tullahoma, TN, grandson, Memphis Atreyu Clark of Lynchburg, TN, niece, Lori (John) Wright, nephew, Ryan Brewer Steffani, and great nephews, Zander and Logan Brewer. A Funeral service will be at 11:00 AM on Saturday at Moore-Cortner Chapel with the Bro. Terry Bradford and Bro. Winston Tipps officiating. Interment will be in Franklin Memorial Gardens, Winchester, TN.
