She was born April 4, 1969 in Winchester and graduated from Franklin County High School in 1988. She was a certified nursing assistant at Southern Tennessee Medical Center and Mountainview Nursing Home. She loved to fish, loved music, the Tennessee Vols, the Titans and Nascar racing. She was a member of Oaklawn Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by a brother, Donald Wayne Hall; maternal grandparents, Ernest and Queen Pickney; and paternal grandparents, Don and Elizabeth Ash.
