Patricia (Pat) LaRue Crownover
Patricia (Pat) LaRue Crownover, 69 of Bradley, IL. passed away at Christ Hospital, Oak Lawn, IL. on December 8, 2009. She was born on April 16, 1940 the daughter of the late Veinna LaRue Robinson. Pat was raised by her grandparents Simon and Hattie May Holland. On December 11, 1992 in Blue Island, IL. she married Billy Joe Crownover who passed away in October 8, 2004. Pat devoted her life to helping children, she was a mother of ten children of her own and over fifteen foster children. She enjoyed all crafts especially beading and making Christmas decorations, garage sales and crocheting. Her garden and yard were always beautiful and she enjoyed growing her own vegetables. Pat was a member of AM vets Post 78 in Valparaiso, FL. past president of the Local Chapter of Foster Parents Assoc; she was a member of the Moose and the American Legion in Madisonville, KY. Pat was a faithful attendee of College Church of the Nazarene in Bourbonnais, IL.
