Ricky D. Foster, age 56 of Winchester, Tennessee died on Sunday, November 1, 2009. He was born Friday, June 19, 1953 in Winchester, Tennessee, he was the son of Vernon Foster and Irene Cole Foster. He was the husband of Gayle Foster for 37 years. He was the owner/operator of Interstate Block Co. Surviving are sons, Brad Foster of Winchester, TN and Bryan (Ginger) Foster of Winchester, TN, sister, Jan (Randall) Hill of Decherd, TN., niece, Lori (Kevin) Woodall of Decherd, nephews, Anthony Hill of Decherd, Layne Woodall of Decherd and Cole Woodall of Decherd, uncles, Ray and Parker Cole of Winchester, aunt, Elsie Keller and several cousins. A Funeral service will be at 11:00 AM on Wednesday at Moore-Cortner Chapel with the Rev. Jonathan Clark officiating. Interment will be in Franklin Memorial Gardens, Winchester, TN. The family will receive friends from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM on Tuesday, November 3, 2009, at Moore-Cortner Funeral Home, Winchester, Tennessee.
