Visitation will be 5-8 PM Tuesday. Funeral services will be 1 PM Wednesday in Moore-Cortner Chapel with Rev. Ronnie Pittenger officiating. Interment at Franklin Memorial Gardens. Mr. Fraley is survived by his wife, Marylyn Gail Fraley; daughter, Deana (Mike) Murray; sisters, Flora Mullins, Mary Freedle, Katherine (Will D.)
