Tina Michelle Burnett was born in Winchester to James and Irene Burks. She worked as a certified nursing assistant. Besides her parents, she is also survived by her son, Chase Moffitt of Huntland; two daughters, Jessica Moffitt of Nashville and Shamela Burnett of Belvidere; brother, Jimmy (Vickie) Burks of Huntland; grandmother, Edna Morris of Elora; two nieces, Lashae Burks of Huntland and Jamie Bain of Taft, TN; four great nephews; two great nieces; and several aunts and uncles. The family will receive friend from 4-8PM Saturday at Moore-Cortner Funeral. The funeral will be 11AM Sunday at Moore-Cortner Chapel. Interment will be in the Pleasant Ridge Cemetery.[more]
