Frances Jewel Burt

Frances Jewel Burt, age 78 of Winchester, passed away at her residence on Sunday, February 21, 2016 surrounded by her loving family. A native of Franklin County, she was born in Huntland on November 14, 1937 to the late Dave P. and Maggie Rilla (Shelton) Tucker. Frances was a member of the Harmony Cumberland Presbyterian Church and enjoyed flowers, gardening, traveling, cooking, and spending time at church and with her family. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by granddaughter, Naomi Rollins; sisters, Wanda Fielder and Mavis Boswell; brothers, Ray Tucker and Dave P. Tucker; sister-in-law, Dale Tucker; brother-in-laws, Joe Fielder, John Boswell, Jimmy Miller, H.A. Koski, and Edward Spencer.
