t. Mary's Church in Dubuque. Their union was blessed with 66 wonderful years together, and 3 beautiful daughters. Don was raised with a strong work ethic, which he eagerly shared with his company, and co-workers at Caradco for 25 years, and lastly as an electrician at Dubuque John Deere Works for over 16 years, until his well earned retirement. Don was a longtime and active member of St. Mary's Church, St. Patrick's Church, as well as the John Deere Retirees, U.A.W. Local #94 and the American Legion Dubuque Post #6. In his free time, Don could generally be found with his trusty remote close at hand while watching his favorite programs, or even thoroughly working on his crossword puzzles while confidently completing them in pen. Sadly, our hearts are broken today as we must face the reality that Don's 88 year earthly journey has arrived at its conclusion today. But, even through the unrelenting sorrow and tears we realize that we are eternally grateful for all of the absolutely precious memories he leaves behind, as well as the life lessons which will be evident within our family lineage for generations. Thank you Don for continually making the world a better place and may the Lord keep you safe in His loving arms until we meet again. Those left to cherish Don's memory includehis loving wife,
