t Charlotte should become an incorporated municipality. After serving on the Board of Directors for the Special Olympics, one of his proudest achievements was founding the Western Area Little League in 1991 in Weston Florida and ultimately, the Challenger Program, which brought little league baseball to special needs children. He is survived by his beautiful bride, Penny, his daughter Tracey (Christian) Saville of Port Charlotte, his son Brian (Victoria) Toye of Davidson NC and his four grandchildren whom he loved more than anything, Sydney, Scotlyn, Greyson and William. He also leaves behind his cousins, Barbara (Chip) Rozier, Jackie (Vic) Reeder and his beloved friend Susan Fradin of Weston FL. A memorial service will be held at New Day Christian Church on Friday October 13, 2017 at 3:00 pm.
