Vickey Sue was born to Charles Chester Breon Jr. and Julia Imogene Hester/Breon on November 18, 1943 in Oklahoma City, OK. Vickey had 3 younger sisters, MaryLou, Judith Ann, and JoLynn. Charles served in, and retired from the US Army, where the family traveled the world for years. Vickey Sue married in 1963 and started her family having Ronald Charles in 1963, followed by William Odis in 1964, Randall Theodore in 1966, and finally Cynthia Darleen in 1967. Vickey spent the large majority of her child rearing as a single mother. Vickey will be lovingly remembered by her children, Ron(Jackie), Bill, Randall(Dawn), Cynthia(Darren), 10 grandchildren, and 11 great grandchildren. Vickey was predeceased by her parents and sister Judy. Vickey always put the needs of her family first. She loved Jnella, her dog of 7 years. She loved her crafts and loved making blankets and plastic canvas birth announcements for all.
