Williamsburg-Neva Pauline Norris was born July 5, 1933 near Conroy, Iowa, the daughter of Rudolph and Katharina (Teggatz) Huedepohl. She graduated from Hilton Consolidated High School in Conroy. Neva was united in marriage to Robert Edward Norris on March 20, 1976 in Marengo. She has resided in Conroy, Middle Amana and Williamsburg. She worked 22 years at the Ox Yoke Inn in Amana. Neva enjoyed cooking and sewing. She was a member of the St. Paul United Methodist Church in Williamsburg. Neva passed away Tuesday, October 17, 2017 at Lantern Park in Coralville at the age of 84 years.
She is survived by son-in-law: Dennis Bair of Coralville. She was preceded in death by parents, husband, daughter: Denise Hook; four grandchildren: James, Amanda, Candyce and Jennifer Hook; three brothers: Eldon, Victor and Harvey Huedepohl and two sisters: Dorthea Huedepohl and Marlene Stevens.
Celebration of Life Service will be 10:30 am on Thursday, October 19, 2017 at the Powell Funeral Home in Williamsburg. Burial will be at Oak Hill Cemetery in Williamsburg.
