Marjorie R. Kroeger

86, of Indianapolis and Walloon Lake, Michigan passed away on Friday, November 23, 2012. She is survived by her niece, Judith Mainland (Ernest) of Petoskey, Michigan, her nephew Frederick "Kreg" Gamble (Carol) of Tucson, Arizona, great nieces and nephews Ken Mainland (Megan), Elaine Murphy (Arnold) and John Gamble and several great-great nieces and nephews. Miss Kroeger was a graduate of Tudor Hall, the Class of 1944 and of Mount Holyoke College, Class of 1948. Over the years she was active in the Junior League of Indianapolis, Christamore House, Park Tudor Alumni Association, Indianapolis Symphony group and the Walloon Lake Yacht Club. She was a member of Woodstock Country Club in Indianapolis and of the Walloon Lake Country Club on Walloon Lake, Michigan where she summered for over sixty years. Miss Kroeger was preceded in death by both of her parents, Frederick and Edith Kroeger, as well as her sister, Barbara K. Gamble.
