Nancy (Beverley) Schuch entered Life Eternal on October 5, 2017. She was born on May 11, 1933 on the east side of Indianapolis to Edward Beverley and June (Shank) Beverley.
Nancy attended Public School #9 and graduated from Arsenal Technical High School in 1951. She was employed by Link Belt Co.-Chain Division for 3 years where she met her husband of 56 years, Samuel Joseph Schuch III. Nancy was a homemaker and provided childcare in her home for 37 years. She was a past member of Prince of Peace Lutheran Church and Salem Lutheran Church where she taught Sunday School and sang in the church choirs for 36 years. She was a member of Kappa Kappa Sigma Sorority, Alpha Alpha Chapter and a past member of Our Shepherd Lutheran Church. After a move to Fort Wayne in 2010, Nancy became a member at Emmanuel Lutheran Church. She SO loved her Lord, her family, and her friends!
Nancy was preceded in death by her parents, husband, brother,Thomas Beverley, and Great Grandson, Samuel J. Schuch VI. She is survived by: sisters, Rosemary Moeller (David), and Carol Beverley; sons, Samuel J. Schuch...[more]
(Kimberly),and David C. Schuch (Deborah) all of the greater Indianapolis area. Also surviving are daughters, Katrina L. Kay (Lawrence) and Jennifer J. Bay (Jonathan) of Fort Wayne. Nancy was a very loving and proud grandma to Samuel J. Schuch V (Jennifer), Daniel D. Schuch (Jessica), Ryan A. Kay (Kristen), Kassee L. Kay (Benjamin), Christopher J Bay, Makinzie J. Bay, Thomas J Bay, and Andrew J Bay. Her great grandchildren are Samantha J. Schuch, Joseph R. Schuch, Maya L. Lamm, Easton P. Lamm, Caleigh E. Kay, and Parker J. Kay.
The Funeral Service, officiated by Pastor Thomas A. Eggold, and Visitation will take place at Crown Hill Funeral Home, 700 West 38th St. Indianapolis. Visitation hours: Wednesday, Oct. 11 from 4-8 PM Funeral Service: Thursday, Oct. 12 at 11:00 AM with visitation one hour prior. In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be made to either Our Shepherd Lutheran Church in Avon or Emmanuel Lutheran Church in Fort Wayne.
