Mrs. Lowe was a devoted member of Christ the King Anglican Church in Winchester, TN. She was preceded in death by husband, Gen. David Lowe; and daughter, Patricia Lowe. Surviving are daughter, Maryellen Lowe Nabulsi; sons, Jessup David (Diane) Lowe, Jr., William Wayne (Diane) Lowe and Wayne Marsh (Debra) Lowe; grandchildren, Laila Nabulsi, Karma Nabulsi, Sammie McNulty, John Lopez, Melanie Lopez, Jessica Litton, Heather Lowe and Tajah Downey; and six great-grandchildren. Visitation with the family will be 9:30 AM Monday, June 23, 2014 at Moore-Cortner Funeral Home, followed by services at 11:00 AM with Father Bill Midgett officiating.
