He was born December 22, 1940 in Winchester; the son of the late T.O. Couch and Stella Lee Gulley Couch. He was employed by Elk River Public Utility District. Mr. Couch was preceded in death by his brother, Aubrey "Tooter" Couch. Surviving are brothers, Rickey Couch of Winchester, TN, Wayne Couch of Belvidere, TN and Clayton (Evelyn Modina) Couch of Belvidere, TN; nephews, Mark (Stacey) Couch and Rickey Couch, Jr.; nieces, Tammy (Mike) Hall, Tina (Keith) Williams, Joyce (Tim) Armstrong, and Dina Couch Tankersley; great-nieces and nephews, Tabitha Stinnett, Clay Hall, Mikie Hall, Chris Williams, David Williams, Erica Paige Williams, Taylor Couch, Justin Armstrong, Gerick Tankersley, Kaydin Tankersley, Tracey Couch and Austin Couch, as well as several great-great-nieces and nephews and many beloved cousins and friends.
