Patricia Charlene Bonewitz

Patricia Charlene Bonewitz, 79, of Geneva, Iowa, passed away February 3, 2011, at the Rehabilitation Center of Hampton in Hampton, Iowa. She was born May 3, 1931, in Oskaloosa, Iowa, to Fred Arthur and Isabelle Frances (Miller) Hammond. Patricia graduated from the Geneva Consolidated School. She married Marvin Bonewitz on May 6, 1951, in Geneva, Iowa. Patricia worked at the Geneva Elevator as a bookkeeper. She was a member of the Geneva United Methodist Church. Patricia was an active member of the United Methodist Church, she served on various boards, Abigail Circle and organized Church dinners and funeral fellowship time. She was involved with the Cemetery Society and was involved with the Flag display at the Lindenwood Cemetery. Patricia is survived by her daughter Denise (Gordon) Passehl of Latimer, daughter Dyanne (Tod) Pralle of Hampton, grandson Brandon (Machelle) Moon of Clarinda, grandson Cory Pralle of Hampton, granddaughter Megan Pralle of Cedar Falls, great grandchildren Keagan & Thomas, Erika, Courtney, brother Robert (Bernice) Hammond of Waterloo, brother-in-law Ray (Donna) Held of Hampton, sister-in-law Audrey (Virgil) Duit of Slater, sister-in-law Joan He...[more]
