Peggy Douglas

Peggy A Douglas, a long time resident of the Winchester area, died Monday April 17, 2017 in her home in Eustis, Florida. Born in 1936 in Decherd , TN. Peggy graduated from Franklin Co. High School, married Winton S Douglas then moved to Chattanooga and Florida where she lived for over 30 years. She went to UTC where she received a degree for Medical Transcription. She worked for Naples Community Hospital for over 10 yrs. Peggy loved to travel, snow ski, hike and eat good food. She enjoyed being with her friends, family and grandkids. She was a beautiful person inside and out who made a positive impact on so many during her lifetime. She is survived by her Son, Winton Scott Douglas Jr. & her Daughter Angela Douglas Neumann and her grandkids, Christopher & Andrew Douglas, Mallory Camden, Kace Neumann & great grandkids Bliss & Wyland Camden. They all brought her great joy and were with her in the end. Graveside Services will be at 11:00 AM on Tuesday, June 20, 2017 at Winchester Memorial Park.
