Howard Ray Hargrove, age 84 of Winchester, passed away on Wednesday, July 19, 2017 at Life Care Center of Tullahoma. A native of Franklin County, he was born in Huntland on January 6, 1933 to the late Luther and Madge Mason Hargrove. Mr. Hargrove served his country in the United States Army. He retired from General Mills as a Maintenance Supervisor. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his wife, Jenny Lou Hargrove; brother, Jimmy Eugene Hargrove; and sisters, Ruth Rinke, Clara Ingleburger; Lena Gregg, Irene Merrell, and Ellene Moore. Mr. Hargrove is survived by his children, Janet Lynn (Charles Richard) Brown of Springfield, Alan Ray (Nita Keller) Hargrove of Alto, Monica Sue (Ronnie) Graves of Winchester; and Mickey Howard (Stacey Elizabeth) Hargrove of Winchester; grandchildren, Lauren Brown, Dean Graves, Jenna Graves, Jada Graves, and Annelisa Hargrove; and great-granddaughter, Shelby Raulston. Visitation will be from 11 AM-1 PM on Friday at Moore-Cortner Funeral Home. Funeral Services will follow at 1:00 PM in the Moore-Cortner Chapel with Rev. Todd Coutta officiating.
