Lisa Ann Bowman, 51, of Carman, died at 7:38 AM Sunday, October 22, 2017, at the Roseville Rehab & Health Care in Roseville, IL.
Born March 14, 1966, in Burlington, IA, she was the daughter of Richard Gordon and Earlene Francis James Bowman. On April 6, 1987, she married Rick Baldwin in Burlington, IA. They later divorced.
Lisa worked at Taco Johns, did housekeeping at the Comfort Suites among other jobs throughout her life.
She attended Apollo High School.
She attended the First Assembly of God in Burlington and the Methodist Church in Carman, IL. She enjoyed playing cards, watching wrestling, camping, and spending time with her family.
Survivors include two sons, Cody Bailey of Burlington, and Jessie Bowman of Stronghurst, IL; one daughter, Cigi Bowman of Burlington; two grandsons, Aiden & Clayton Bailey; one granddaughter, Safyer Bowman; one brother, Mark (Kelly) Bowman of Burlington; three sisters, Sherri (Harry) Adams of Stronghurst, IL, Darla (Joe) Doss & Dana Hensley both of Burlington; seven nieces, sixteen nephews, several great-nieces & nephews, and several great-great-nieces & nephews.

Cremation has been entrusted to the care of the Prugh-Thielen Funeral Home.
The memorial service for Ms. Bowman will be 10:30 AM Thursday, October 26, 2017, at Prugh's Chapel with Pastor Lisa Unger officiating. Burial will be in Oakland Cemetery in Ft. Madison. Following the committal service a time of food and fellowship will be held at Bowman's Automotive, 400 Summer Street, Burlington.
