ere she enjoyed playing golf and spending time with friends. Bev's favorite pastime was embroidering and quilting as she completed many embroidered quilts over the years. How sad she was when she could no longer embroider or quilt because of her disease. It was her passion and she excelled at this craft. Bev was an excellent cook, canner, and baker as her homemade bread aroma was nothing short of the best. But her passion was being around her husband, children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren. She was in her glory cooking for the family gatherings. Bev was a loving, devoted and caring wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. Her only wish was to have a great grandchild before she passed. She received four. We are truly sad that we have lost this special and gentle woman in our lives, but know she is finally at peace with our Lord. God bless you, Mom, and thank you so much for the love, respect, and life lessons you have left behind. Those left to cherish Bev's memory are her husband, Joseph, her six children, Holly (Keith) Paige and Daniel O'Mara (Donna, friend) of Dubuque, Jay (Karla) O'Mara of Cuba City, Kathy (Mark) Klein of Rickardsville, Rick (Kassandra) O'Mara of Otter Creek and Randy (Lisa) O'Mara of Dubuque. There are also fourteen grandchildren: Jeremy (fiancee, Glade) Paige, Amanda (Nicholas) Edwards, and Melissa Paige; Ryan and Lexi O'Mara; Jackie (Joe) Irving, Justin (Sarah) O'Mara, and Tracy (Fiancee, Zach) O'Mara; Stephanie (Nick) Hoffman, Eric (Kelly) Klein, and Kelsey Klein; Samantha and Travis O'Mara; and Logan O'Mara; and four step grandchildren; four great grandchildren: Brielle and Myla Hoffman, Regan Edwards, and Emberly Klein and a brother, Lloyd "Butch" Schromen and many nieces and nephews. Beverly was proceeded in death by her parents, a son, Joseph III in infancy and a sister, Mildred Stierman. Special thanks to our dad, who showed us his true love for our mother with his unconditional care and compassion for the last several years and also to our sister and brother, Holly and Randy, for their continuing help with care for mom. Thanks to Lindsey and Peg from Hospice; Dr. Mark Moore and his staff; and Phyllis. In lieu of other expressions of sympathy, a Beverly O'Mara memorial fund has been established.
