could be seen out swinging his golf clubs with quiet confidence on a nice day, or occasionally warming up with a few practice throws down his chosen bowling lane for the evening. Jack also had a great love of art and music and was well know as a gifted artist who was able to create unique sculptures from wood, scrap metal, aluminum and even old frying pans. Jack's faith played a primary role in his life and was undeniably held in a position of utmost importance. He faithfully attended mass at the Church of the Resurrection, notably showing up promptly at 6:00 a.m. for the 7:00 a.m. mass. Undeniably though, his greatest free-time passion in this life was skiing, and any type would suffice. His love for skiing began early in life as he and his brother engineered their first pair of skis out of a set of barrel staves found in the family's garage. Jack would eventually discover ski jumping and practiced rigorously until he finally won the state title in the 1950's. He shared his enthusiasm for the slopes as a ski instructor at Sundown Mountain for several years, and was quite proud to be one of the few lifelong members of the Snomad Ski and Board Club who was always able to proclaim his attendance at their inaugural meeting in 1967. Jack was truly blessed to have been given the ability to enjoy both cross country and downhill skiing until the ripe old age of 75. Jack has lived a full and exciting life; riding through a few valleys along the way, but always enjoying the view from the peaks when the moments arrived. We are deeply saddened by the physical departure of our brother, uncle, great uncle and friend, but we do take comfort however in the knowledge that he is now thankfully reunited with all of his Heavenly family and that we can still retain his memories, and tangible visions through his art, until we all meet again. Those left to cherish Jack's memory includehis siblings,
